Round robin schedule generator for your league
Type your league’s teams, one per line, choose a single or double round robin, the day and the start times, and how many fields you have. The generator lays out the whole schedule, round by round, ready to print or copy. Free, no sign-up.
One per line, up to 24.
Separated by commas, like 10:00, 13:00.
How it builds the schedule
It uses the circle method, the standard for round robin tournaments: one team stays put and the others rotate around it, so every round each team meets a new opponent and nobody repeats until they have played everyone. With an odd number of teams, each one sits out one round.
In a single round robin each team plays every opponent once: 8 teams make 7 rounds and 28 games. A double round robin plays it twice, switching who bats last, for 56 games.
Days, times and fields
Pick the weekday your league plays and type the start times separated by commas, for example 10:00, 13:00. With one field, one game at a time; with two fields, two games per time slot. If a round does not fit in one day, the generator carries on the next week.
Each team plays at most one game a day. For doubleheaders, series, a fixed number of games per team or divisions, the generator in the RosterMetrix app has all of those.
Printing and sharing it
Print sends only the schedule. Copy takes the text, round by round, to paste into the league’s group chat or a document. Change anything and the schedule is rebuilt at once.

In your league, the schedule lives in the app
On RosterMetrix the commissioner generates the season’s schedule with these same calculations, reviews it and publishes it. Every game gets its page, its lineups and its result, and the standings update as each scoresheet is approved.
On RosterMetrix each manager loads their team’s sheet, the commissioner approves the game, and averages, ERA, the leaders and every player’s page update on their own.
