What leagues ask us before starting.
How much does it cost?
The Basic plan is free. The complete plans charge the software per team, per season, at the same price in every country: less per season if the league plays two or more a year; it is under Pricing. A RosterMetrix scorer is quoted separately and is not added to any total until its amount is agreed.
How is it paid?
Today RosterMetrix does not process payments inside the platform: there is no payment gateway and no card data is stored. Hiring a complete plan is arranged by writing to us from Contact.
Can I register just my team?
Yes. A team can register even if its league is not on RosterMetrix. It manages its roster and games, reads its statistics, and records opponents only by name, with their runs by inning.
Who can record a game’s statistics?
Each manager loads their own team’s sheet, or the scorer the league assigns loads both; on the Complete with scorer plan, RosterMetrix assigns them. Nothing counts until the commissioner approves it, and a player cannot send their own statistics.
What if a published game has a mistake?
The commissioner corrects it with a note explaining the change. Each correction is a numbered revision, and standings, leaders, player cards, history and exports show the corrected version.
Are my league’s rules respected?
Each season and division has its rulebook: regulation innings, lineup size, designated and extra hitter, mercy rule, standings by percentage or points, tiebreakers, qualifying minimums for averages and the MVP criterion.
Does it work for softball?
Yes. Baseball and softball are set per season: seven innings, four outfielders, extra hitter and ERA over seven innings. The two sports’ statistics never mix.
Can I bring earlier seasons?
Yes, and moving them costs nothing: we bring the seasons and statistics your league already has onto the platform. They are marked as imported, with their source and coverage, so nobody mistakes them for games scored on RosterMetrix.
Can my league ask for a new feature?
Yes, at no extra cost. Write to us from Contact with what your league needs.
What can be exported?
Player and team cards, leaders and full tables, standings, awards, previews, defensive alignments, line scores, box scores, results, schedule and playoffs, as square, portrait, story or landscape images. A long table is split into numbered images without dropping rows.
Do you have scorers in my city?
It depends on the city and the league’s conditions. Write to us with the city, number of games, season length and venues, and we reply with a quote or with the option of using your own scorer.
Can I upload photos of minors?
Only with consent: the player’s own if an adult, a parent’s or guardian’s, or the league’s statement that it has it. Without that confirmation the photo is not stored. A removed photo stops being shown immediately.
How do I sign in?
With your email. We send a link and a six-digit code that expire in 15 minutes. There are no passwords.
What is the demo league?
A fictional league with a whole season already played: teams, players, photos, results, statistics, playoffs and awards invented to show the complete product. Its data never mixes with any real league’s.
