Made for the ballpark, not the office
Works without signal
Every pitch is saved on the phone instantly. If the signal drops, the app closes or the phone dies, the game is still there, and it uploads by itself when the signal is back.
Both lineups in a minute
Number, name and position for every batter, for both teams. If you've scored that team before, its last lineup is one tap away.
The Excel whenever they ask
Download it or email it to the league and the team, in the third inning or at the end. If the game isn't over, the file says it's partial.
What's in the Excel
One file per game, with four sheets that open in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers.
The game: the line score, hits, errors, left on base and the pitchers of record.
Batting for both teams: AB, R, H, 2B, 3B, HR, RBI, BB, SO, stolen bases and average.
Pitching: innings, hits, runs, earned runs, walks, strikeouts, pitches and ERA.
The play by play, with the time of each play.
3 free games. Then USD 10 a month.
A game counts the first time you get its Excel, so you can practice as often as you like. Cancel the subscription whenever you want, from the app.
Scorekeeper questions
What if I lose signal at the ballpark?
Nothing happens: the Scorebook saves every pitch on the phone. Open the app once with signal and then it works without it. What you score uploads by itself as soon as the signal is back.
What if my phone dies mid-game?
The game is saved on the phone up to the last pitch. Open it again and pick up where you left off. If it had uploaded, you can also continue on another phone.
Does it work for softball?
Yes. Choose baseball or softball, how many innings, how many batters, designated hitter, re-entry and four outfielders.
When is a free game used?
The first time you download or send that game's Excel. If the send fails, it isn't used. Getting the same game's Excel again doesn't count twice.
Does the league want its stats on a website?
RosterMetrix for leagues and teams already includes the scorer, plus the schedule, the standings, the season stats and the social cards.
